This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

1. Data we collect

Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, address.
Rental documents: driving licence, passport or Emirates ID, and visa or entry stamp where required.
Booking and rental data: vehicle, dates, delivery and return locations, contract, mileage and payment details.
Traffic data linked to the rented vehicle: Salik toll records and traffic fines issued during the rental period.
Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or website forms.
Technical data from the website: IP address, browser type and cookies.

2. Why we use your data

To answer your requests, prepare quotes and manage your bookings.
To prepare and perform your rental contract, including vehicle delivery and return.
To meet our legal obligations, including declaring rental contracts to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai through the TARS system.
To invoice the rental, Salik tolls, traffic fines and any damages, and to collect payments.
To send you service messages on WhatsApp (booking confirmations, contracts, invoices, payment links and reminders).

3. WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) connected to our management system to communicate with you. Messages you send us are processed by Meta and stored in our systems. We only send you messages related to your requests and rentals, and promotional messages only if you agree. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it when necessary with: Dubai authorities (RTA, Dubai Police, Salik) as required by law; our insurers; payment providers; Meta (WhatsApp) and our IT and hosting providers, who act on our instructions.

5. Retention

We keep rental contracts, documents and invoices for as long as required by UAE law and for accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses, subject to our legal obligations. To do so, contact us using the details below.
